What does innovation mean to you?
An innovation is a commercialized invention (e.g. patented IP) or an idea that leads to a long -lasting competitive advantage in the markets.
What does innovation NOT mean to you?
Basically copy-paste or just application testing except newly generated data leads to differentiation.
Why should a company be innovative?
To differentiate from all other companies that try to do the same and to be intrinsically competitive
What prerequisites does innovation need?
A company needs employees/consultants with competences in the field and a budget to support the generation of new ideas, data and therefore resulting new products and solutions.
