The European agricultural sector will undergo massive changes in the next few years. The requirements of the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) will intensify the need to reduce classic agricultural inputs. The share of organic and integrated farming methods is growing throughout Europe.
This is why the Agro Innovation Lab hosted the Bio Innovation Challenge together with RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG and biohelp. Startups, innovative small or medium-sized enterprises, spin-offs or researchers from an innovative scientific field were welcomed to apply for the challenge. In the final Bio Innovation Days they got the chance to network with important industry stakeholders and present their products to an expert audience.
