What does innovation mean to you?
Innovation is the spark that ignites the fire. Innovation means consistently questioning the status quo and creating real value through new ideas.
What does innovation NOT mean to you?
Not and end in itself and not chasing every trend.
Why should a company be innovative?
Market change, customers change, political situations change. You can´t operate in a disruptive market using the same methods as ever.
What prerequisites does innovation need?
An open work environment, diverse teams, and trust – innovation requires a great deal of freedom, especially in a conservative industry.
