As part of the Connect Day at this year’s ViennaUp!, the Vienna Business Agency organised a networking event to bring startups and companies together.
This year it was accelerators and companies, rather than startups, who were invited to present themselves in a three-minute pitch. Eight Viennese accelerators from different fields got a strictly time-limited opportunity to present themselves with the help of professional studio equipment.
Our Innovation Manager Lena Ranneberg presented Agro Innovation Lab during the Corporate Reverse Pitches. “It was an exciting experience to be on the other side for once and to have to get one’s own message across in such a short time,” says Lena. At the end of the day, AIL was awarded first prize for the best pitch as a result of which we will be able to participate with a wildcard in next year’s AWS Connect Day.
