Our drone pilots Patrick, Sebastian, Philipp and Robert energetically launched the 2021 trichogramma drone season in mid-June.
The first release of the beneficial insects has already taken place and the second will follow in the coming days. It is now several years since we first offered this innovative high-tech service, in which our robust trichogramma drones employ biological crop protection methods to keep fields free of the corn borer.
The drone team plans the individual flights on an app before the season starts so that, when the right moment arrives, the specific areas can be quickly identified and the flight plans transferred to the drones in the form of a grid containing all essential parameters such as height and speed. This service enables us to join farmers in delivering sustainable and innovative agriculture.
